Jolly is supplied with a heat-resistant stone baking floor as well as a heat-resistant stone front bringing you the perfect traditional structure. With the oven also comes a thermometer (up to 500 C) and a stainless steel door which completes the traditional look. Another advantage is the removable chimney which will make the transportation of this amazing wood burning oven a lot easier.
