Delivery

We have teamed-up with a well-established local courier company who is well known for its good quality service at low prices. Delivery will be made from Suffolk to your door and it depends on your location, please contact us with your postcode to find out the correct price.

Delivery ranges between £35 and £150

Collection in person is also welcome.

All the oven are handmade in Tuscany by single order so they come straight from Italy to Suffolk and are despatched to our customers. Once the payment is received it can take up to 2/3 weeks for you to receive your Jolly but we can guarantee you will not be disappointed.

In the unlikeness of the product being damaged, you have seven days to contact us and return the oven in its original packaging. Should this be the case, please contact us first, your refund will be minus the costs of transportation.
